FellowshipDesk does not operate a phone line, and we do not provide one-on-one application coaching. We do, however, read every email sent to the editorial inbox and respond to most within five working days.
Editorial corrections, alumni feedback, and program updates: editors@fellowshipdesk.example. Please include the program name, the URL of the page on FellowshipDesk, and a brief description of the issue. Corrections from named program alumni are always prioritised.
Press, partnership, and speaking enquiries: press@fellowshipdesk.example. We occasionally write longer reported pieces about the international fellowship sector, the politics of bilateral exchange, and the long-term impact of cohort-based programs. Pitches and interview requests are welcome.
Advertising and sponsored content: see the Advertise With Us page for our policies. We do not accept payment in exchange for editorial placement, but we do run clearly-labelled sponsored slots and AdSense inventory across the site.
Application coaching: we are not a coaching service. The Application Guides section is free, comprehensive, and likely covers the question you would ask in a one-on-one session. If you are struggling with a specific essay, your university's career office or a dedicated fellowship advising office (most major universities have one) is a better resource than us.
A note on response time. We are a small team. During peak application seasons (September through January for northern-hemisphere programs, and April through July for southern-hemisphere ones) our inbox runs hot and replies can take longer than usual. If your message is time-sensitive — a deadline correction, for example — flag it in the subject line.
