Is FellowshipDesk free to use? Yes — every page in the directory is free, the search is free, and the Sunday Weekly newsletter is free. The site is supported by display advertising and a small number of clearly-labelled sponsored placements. We do not charge for inclusion in the directory and we do not charge readers for any premium tier.
Are you affiliated with any of the programs listed? No. FellowshipDesk is an independent editorial directory. We are not part of Fulbright, Chevening, DAAD, the Erasmus programme, the Rhodes Trust, or any other organisation whose programs we list. We do not process applications, and we have no influence over selection decisions.
How do I apply to a program? Click the official site link on the program page and apply directly through the sponsoring organisation's portal. Never send application materials to FellowshipDesk — we cannot forward them and we are not authorised to receive them.
I run a program that is missing from the directory. How do I get it listed? See the Submit a Program page. The editorial team reviews submissions in batches roughly every two weeks. There is no fee to submit and no fee to be listed.
I noticed an error on a program page. We want to fix it. Email editors@fellowshipdesk.example with the URL and a description of the issue. Corrections from named program alumni and from official program staff are prioritised.
Do you offer one-on-one application coaching? No. The Application Guides section on the site is comprehensive and free. If you need personalised support, your university fellowship advising office (most major universities have one) is the right resource.
How often is the directory updated? The editorial team publishes new programs and updates existing entries roughly weekly. Major deadline shifts are pushed sooner. The Sunday Weekly summarises everything that changed in the previous seven days.
Can I republish FellowshipDesk content? Short quotations with attribution and a link back to the original page are welcome and do not require permission. Wholesale republication of program pages or the directory itself is not permitted.
